As the weather cools down, Reno golf tournaments at The Club at ArrowCreek heat up! With comfortable temperatures settling in during the heart of the day, fall creates the perfect conditions for Members and outside groups to spend more time on the courses, enjoy the beautiful high-desert scenery, and make the most of tournament season.

When the final putt drops, the fun doesn’t have to end. Golfers head to the Vista Ballroom for cocktail parties and award ceremonies or gather around the firepits on Tony’s Patio for sunset celebrations. Reno Golf Tournaments September 2026

September started strong with The Club at ArrowCreek’s Home & Home tournament with Tahoe Incline Golf Club on September 4th. We welcomed 40 total golfers for this Reno golf tournament, including 20 of our own Members and 20 guests for a 9 AM shotgun on the Challenge Course.

Up next on the docket is our final Wine & Nine of the season! These monthly Reno golf tournaments are held exclusively for Club Members and feature cocktails at The Club’s pool complex followed by a round of nine holes in themed attire. Members show up and show out for these Reno golf tournament themes:

• 1980’s Neon
• Wild Wild Western
• Hawaiian Luau
• Red, White & Blue America

The final Wine & Nine of the 2026 golf season will be held Friday, September 18th, and invites Members to the course for a Pajama Party (slippers and all)!

On Monday, September 21st, The Club at ArrowCreek will host the third annual Renown Cancer Classic. This Reno golf tournament has become a favorite tradition, as all proceeds directly benefit the William N. Pennington Cancer Institute at Renown to fund the best care for local patients. The event includes:

• Helicopter ball drop
• Hole-in-one and other golf contests
• Team awards
• Raffle of exciting prizes

September rounds out with the much-anticipated Men’s Club Championship on Saturday, September 26th and Sunday, September 27th. Male Golf Members age 18 and older with a current GHIN index are invited to compete in this memorable Reno golf tournament. With rounds on the Legend and Challenge Courses, cocktails and lunch, and award ceremonies to follow, it’s sure to be a great event!

Fall Reno Golf Tournaments

October 1st brings The Club’s annual Men’s Guest Day with a 1 PM shotgun on the Challenge Course followed by dinner in the Vista Ballroom. This Reno golf tournament creates the perfect opportunity for Golf Members to show off their Club to friends, family, and colleagues while engaging in some fun competition along the way.

The Club at ArrowCreek Couples League finale will take place on Sunday, October 4th. This annual league brings together twosomes of all kinds, including:

What sets this Member league apart is its unique format, bringing men and women together to compete side by side, enjoy the game, and showcase their skills on the courses!

In addition to our full line-up of Reno golf tournaments, The Club hosts our Member leagues for weekly play days from May-October every year. These leagues include the ArrowCreek Women’s Golf League-18 on Tuesdays and the ArrowCreek 9ers on Wednesdays. To complete their season, both leagues hold spook-tacular celebrations including an annual “Halloween Hijinx” and “Mulligans & Masquerade.”

These October Reno golf tournaments bring the ladies leagues out to the courses in team Halloween costumes. We have seen some of the most original and creative attire at these beloved tournaments, including Spice Girls, Coneheads, and Grannies on the Green!
