Mike Sizemore, Director Of Golf at The Club at ArrowCreek
MIKE SIZEMORE
DIRECTOR OF GOLF

Mike was born in Reno and had the privilege of learning to play golf in the Reno/Tahoe area. After graduating from New Mexico State University, Mike and his wife Noelle moved to Reno for eight more years. During that time, Mike was part of the original development team that built the Red Hawk and Wingfield Springs communities. Mike comes to The Club at ArrowCreek with over 20 years of experience leading award-winning golf operations and private clubs across the country. Some of these notable experiences include the Sunriver Resort, Crosswater Club, Broken Top Club in Oregon, Coyote Springs in Nevada, PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Barton Creek Country Club and Resort in Austin, Texas. Mike came “home” to take the role of Director of Golf at The Club at ArrowCreek and he and his family could not be more excited!

Jeremy Budge - Tournament Coordinator
JEREMY BUDGE
TOURNAMENT COORDINATOR

Born in Huntington Beach, California, Jeremy moved to Reno at a young age and attended Reno High School and the University of Nevada, Reno. He began his career working in the golf business at Washoe Golf Course and then moved on to Hidden Valley Country Club and Wolf Run Golf Club, eventually ending up at The Club at ArrowCreek in 2001.

Jeremy is married to Jennifer Budge who works as the Parks Director for Carson City and together they have three boys: Connor, Matthew, and Andrew. As a family, they enjoy attending the boys’ sports events and visiting Nevada’s open spaces and parks.

Sean Duckering, Assistant Golf Professional at The Club at ArrowCreek
SEAN DUCKERING
ASSISTANT GOLF PROFESSIONAL

Sean Duckering was born and raised in Clovis, California. He competed in hundreds of junior golf and high school golf events. Sean currently holds the TRAC High School low scoring record of 65 alongside tour professionals Nick Watney and Bryson DeChambeau.

After high school, Sean moved to San Diego, California to attend the Golf Academy of America. He graduated with an associate’s degree in Applied Business with a concentration in Golf Complex Operations and Management. Sean has five years of experience in teaching, club fitting, and club repair and is currently an Apprentice in the PGA Program.

Billy Garrity, 1st Assistant Golf Professional at The Club at ArrowCreek
BILLY GARRITY
1ST ASSISTANT GOLF PROFESSIONAL

Billy was born and raised in Dublin, California, and moved to Nashville, Tennessee after high school to play ice hockey. In Nashville, Billy fell in love with golf and enrolled in the PGA Program while working at The Governor’s Club in Brentwood, Tennessee. Billy moved back to California to pursue golf as a full-time career and worked at Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton, California before joining The Club team. Billy enjoys teaching The Club’s PGA Junior League teams and working on club fittings, private lessons, and fun clinics for our Members.

Outside of working at The Club, Billy enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife Olivia.

Dana DeSarle, Teaching Professional at The Club at ArrowCreek
DANA DESARLE
TEACHING PROFESSIONAL

Dana DeSarle is a former 10-year Member at The Club at Arrowcreek where he won 6 Club Championships! Dana was our Stroke Play Champion 3 times, and also won 3 Match Play Championships during that time. Dana then re-entered the PGA program, became an employee at The Club in 2018, and is in the process of finishing his PGA education specializing in Teaching, Coaching, and Fitness. He played on the Golf Team at Scottsdale Community College, and then entered the Navy where he was stationed in Fallon, NV. After his Naval Service, Dana completed his education at the University of Nevada, Reno where he competed on the Golf Team from 1993-1994, and more importantly, met his wife – they have two sons! Dana has compiled 14 wins and 9 second place finishes over the past 15 years in Northern Nevada PGA Chapter including Club Championships, NNGA, Sierra NV PGA & the Pepsi Professional Tour. His career low round was a bogey-free 63 at Fernley Golf Course in the SNPGA PRO AM. In addition, Dana is a TPI Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Golf Fitness.
